Shipping and Returns


Shipping and Handling

Unless otherwise noted, all of the items listed for sale ship within 1-3 business days from Michigan, USA.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class package with an estimated transit time of 2-6 business days to destinations within the continental United States of America. 

Expedited Priority Mail shipping with an estimated transit time of 1-4 days is available as an option at checkout for an additional fee.

Items are dropped at the Post Office M-F and some Saturdays.

Rest assured, if the you received a shipping confirmation email, your item has been shipped.

Please be advised, it can take anywhere from 1-14 days for USPS shipping tracking to update, especially during high volume shipping times around holidays!

Auburn & Main is not responsible for delays in shipping. If your package has not been received within 30 days of ordering, please contact us and we will send you a replacement item.

Cancelling Orders 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 

Tracking

Tracking numbers for all purchases will be provided after your order is processed and shipment is confirmed.  Click on the tracking number on your order page and your tracking history will automatically be generated in a separate window. 

If the embedded link on your order page does not work, please go to www.USPS.com to track your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns initiated 14 days or more after delivery will not be accepted. 

 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at AuburnAndMainShop@gmail.com to start the exchange process.
