I first reached out to the seller to help me locate a color/design combination I was looking for to wear in my wedding. They were super helpful and responded to me within minutes of me sending my question. Once the package arrived, our mailman decided to cram it into our (smaller than the package) mailbox, along with several other packages that came that day. The rough handling dislodged several stones, despite the impressive amount of padding and wrapping in the package. I wrote to the seller right away, and they sent me the name of the best glue to use to fix it and offered to send any replacements that were needed, once again within just minutes of my asking for help. I absolutely love the tiara and I cannot recommend this seller enough!!! Thanks so much!
