The crown was beautiful, but it broke very easily when I was adjusting it. So, I thought it was a fluke. When I reached out to ask about an exchange, Colleen was rude and defensive, and lectured me about breaking the item. She told me it broke because I was too rough with it. She did offer to exchange it, but I didn't have time for a full exchange, so I offered to just buy another crown to replace the broken one myself. But I was insecure about purchasing another one if the crowns break as easily as the first one did. When I asked Colleen about this, she lectured me again saying to handle her crowns with care, and that if I buy a new one myself, she won't replace it if I break it again. I got tired of talking to her, told her she can keep the money, and asked her to just close the claim. Then she ghosted me. Overall unpleasant.
unfortunately, i dropped it and a jem fell out. however, i do know how to fix something like this. as i was fixing it, i saw another one that looked hot glued on, it fell out upon investigating. i love the tiara, just wish it was as sturdy as my Bruno
